EasyReview.io Terms of Service

1. Account requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 2. Acceptable use

• Only upload code that you have the right to share or review.
• Do not use EasyReview.io to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Keep discussions respectful—harassment, hate speech, and abusive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform, its users, or our infrastructure.
• Automated access must respect published rate limits and may require prior approval.

3. Content ownership & licences

You retain ownership of the code snippets, comments, and other content you submit to EasyReview.io. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for operating and improving the service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and content as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements.

4. Service availability

We strive to provide reliable access to EasyReview.io, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, new features, or unforeseen issues may result in downtime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond what is required by applicable law.

5. Third-party integrations

EasyReview.io offers optional integrations (for example, with GitHub, Telegram, or Discord). Integrations are subject to the third party's own terms. You authorize us to share necessary information with those services to enable the integration you activate. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to EasyReview.io will cease, but obligations that should reasonably survive (such as payment of outstanding fees or indemnity provisions) remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

EasyReview.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. When we make material updates, we will notify you via the product interface or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
